The Project Manager – Land Acquisition is responsible for managing a team of internal and external resources to define, plan, execute, monitor and close out Land Development projects for a specific market to meet their sales, starts, and closing budget. The Project Manager may perform duties on specific phases of the Land Development projects or the entire project. The projects will meet the company's quality standards and budgets. They work hard to ensure projects are researched, due diligence is performed, customers are supported, and products and services are delivered in order to exceed client’s expectations. They take pride in having the experience that allows individuals to work on projects that they are most comfortable with.

Project Manager Functions:

  • Manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • Coordinate with clients and other support professionals
  • Generate and review project proposals
  • Prepare and authorize technical reports
  • Maintain client relations and Business Development strategies
  • Propose project estimates, scheduling and manage budget

  • At least 5 years of direct land acquisition experience in real estate or consulting services
  • 2 years of previous management experience (preferred) on similar projects
  • Leadership skills and the ability to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients
  • Project management and acquisition software experience
  • Experience with the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures
