Thompson is seeking strong, dynamic and experienced Program Supervisors to help lead our new Treatment Foster Care Oregon program. Positions will be Asheville, Gastonia and Charlotte based.

The Treatment Foster Care-Oregon Supervisor is a leadership position within Foster Care Services. TFC-O is an evidence-based program that is an alternative to congregate care for youth with severe emotional and behavioral problems. The Supervisor is responsible for daily operational oversight and implementation of the Treatment Foster Care Oregon model for their designated team. Will oversee the recruitment, training of and support to treatment foster parents. Conduct mental health evaluations on program participants, as needed.
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field. Master’s preferred.
One year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting is required.
