We currently have open opportunities for 1st Shift QC Technicians in our Bristol facility.

Our QC Technicians directly maintain our quality programs and ensure continuous production of products consistent with our quality standards. In this position, you will be responsible for running company programs that highlight safety improvements, new procedures, and new/different use of tools and equipment that improve quality and efficiency. We’re looking for QC Technicians who care about quality, are safety conscious, dependable, detail-oriented, and work well with others in a team environment.

QC Technicians are responsible for reading and understanding the following documentation:

  • Standard Operating Procedures
  • Job Hazard Analysis
  • Shop Floor Orders
  • Job Aids

What We Need from You (Our Requirements)

  • Ability to train employees on the use of the computer systems for entering data during the production processes
  • Incoming and product inspections
  • Gauge issuance and returns
  • Maintain calibration system
  • Data entry and process auditing
  • Non-conforming reports
  • Quality issues and alerts
  • Conduct quality audits
  • Facilitate containment activity and create inspection instructions and reports
  • This individual must be organized and detailed oriented with a high quality of workmanship
  • Ability to use general lab tools (Micrometers, calipers, height gauge, etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Individual must have good attendance and good safety record
