Are you a client services manager or account manager with experience managing multiple client relationships in a business-to-business setting? Do you love the idea of leading and developing high performing teams to deliver great client experiences? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Client Oversight. Lead all aspects of multiple RPO clients, driving strategic partnerships and providing comprehensive recommendations. Develop strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction as a champion for the client’s brand. Attend client calls and meetings. Handle critical issues efficiently. Deliver business reviews and client reporting.
- Team Leadership. Develop a team of highly engaged A-players. Supervise multiple Account Managers and Recruiters. Establish goals, manage performance, support career development, balance workloads, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Financial Management. Ensure financial success. Oversee profit/loss, including monthly forecasting and weekly/monthly billing to each assigned client.
- Deliver Results. Responsible for employee satisfaction & performance, client retention & satisfaction, and client profitability.
This is a not a sales / business development role.

Who you are:
- A client services professional with 3+ years client services management or account management experience in a business-to-business setting
- Experience managing all aspects of client relationship(s)
- Experience leading a team
- Experience setting & driving financial, operating, and/or service-level metrics & outcomes
- RPO or recruiting industry experience a plus, but not required
- College degree preferred
