Thompson is seeking a highly skilled, passionate leader to serve as Program Director of Residential Services.
Thompson is a leading provider of clinical and prevention services for children and families. The Charlotte, N.C. based, nationally accredited nonprofit agency changes the lives of at-risk children and families through early childhood services, family stability programs and mental health treatment.

The Program Director is expected to cultivate a culture that exemplifies Thompson’s values. The Program Director will provide leadership, training, guidance, strategic and operational oversight of the day to day operations while also maintaining external stakeholder relationships and constantly pushing the program towards the future. This position will be a part of Thompson’s programmatic leadership team and in turn will be invested in significantly but also expected to be heavily invested in the organization.
Thompson invests heavily in leadership training for all leadership positions in the organization. We believe everything begins and ends with leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a human services/psychology/social work-related area of study.
Three years of experience in the field.
