Graphic & Web Designer

Full time, 8 hour shift, Mon - Fri 9am - 5:30pm

Are you a highly motivated collaborator with the ability to execute multiple high priority projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision that is passionate about Graphic Design? If so, we are hiring an experienced Graphic and Web Designer to join our company and assist with Graphic Design for E-Commerce. In this role you will create, edit, and iterate content for all E-Commerce channels, and digital marketing efforts. 

Job Description:

The role of Graphic & Web Design assumes responsibility for the creative output for our online content representing our three brands, Artnaturals, Paws & Pals, and Oxgord Home/Automotive. They will maintain and improve design standards, while working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to support our brand vision and growth. In addition, he/she will be required to:

·         Work collaboratively within a creative team delivering content for E-Commerce, Sales, and Marketing activities

·         Support each brands vision as set by the Creative Director by producing high-quality content and inspiring the team with new design concepts and innovation

·         Support E-Commerce channel GD needs including Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc.

·         Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs

·         Work independently with minimal supervision while handling multiple high-priority projects deadlines

·         Work occasionally on other graphic design needs other than E-Commerce

Qualifications:

3+ Years of hands on design experience

Bachelor's Degree in a Design related field

Experienced with Amazon product listings including A+ Content, Infographics, and Advertising materials

Expert abilities with Adobe Creative Suite

Understanding of UX/UI and Customer impact

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Experience creating assets within Sales and Marketing decks for retailers

Ability to take direction, and

Preferred Qualifications Considered:

Experience with product listings/rich-media on multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc.)

Understanding of SEO and advertising

Experience designing for Consumer Package Goods brands/companies

Independent judgment
