As an Equipment Operator, you will run various types of heavy equipment while working with an experienced crew of hard-working individuals. This opportunity is great for someone who wants to make a big impact in the development of the region. This position offers diversity of tasks through a wide scope of projects such as the Facebook data center, Elkhorn North High School, Flanagan Lake, Werner Park, and other residential and commercial developments. ·       Operate multiple types of construction equipment while maintaining the highest level of safety standards in day-to-day operations.

·       Demonstrate versatility through properly utilizing other types of heavy machinery when needed (e.g. excavator, motor grader, skid steer, dump truck, loader, etc.).

·       Properly operate several types of machines and demonstrate expertise in the core areas of equipment operating.

·       Take instruction and communicate effectively with crew members.


Experience operating heavy equipment and a background in construction is required. Candidates may be subject to a background check.
