Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Choice of; Mclean, Reston, Chantilly, Springfield, Herndon, or Vienna 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day administrative workflow
  • Working knowledge of customer policies/procedures
  • Working knowledge of customer administrative support applications
  • Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Perform work under general supervision

Basic Qualifications:

  • HS/GED required, Associates preferred
  • 2+ years experience administrative support
  • Experience with scheduling
  • Experience with procuring supplies
