The Strategic Partnerships Manager, ORIEN Network provides day-to-day relationship management & support to their assigned ORIEN member institutions to ensure their success in the Network. The position requires building relationships and maintaining knowledge and expertise at its assigned member sites. This includes support for meeting M2Gen’s contractual obligations as the Coordinating Center for ORIEN and support for meeting M2Gen's contractual obligations with industry partners. This position will be responsible for leading all aspects of a member's participation in ORIEN and will serve as the primary point of contact, triage and support for their appointed ORIEN member institutions. Ability to travel up to 30% for ORIEN Member Meetings and onsite visits to Cancer Centers is necessary.

Responsibilities (this is not an all-inclusive list, duties may evolve over time as business needs change)

ORIEN Member Management and Support
•Site expert and responsible for leading all aspects of a member's participation in ORIEN and serve as the primary point of contact, triage and support for their appointed ORIEN member institutions, regionally based
•Include but not limited to: support for implementation & ongoing operations of the Total Cancer Care Protocol and Avatar Program; ensure streamlined/consistent communication across all assigned sites; identify, create and monitor reports needed to track key KPI's for assigned sites; identify and resolve member site challenges/impediments related to data transmission, specimen collection, processing and shipping, and any member specific activities
•Once site challenges/impediments are identified, appropriately escalate and work with Department Leader and other key stakeholders to find and implement solutions to increase member performance and satisfaction
•In partnership with the Department Leader and/or Director Network Manager, create annual site specific plan outlining key goals and deliverables to track/measure performance throughout the year. The site specific plans should take the Member in Good Standing Criteria into consideration, once established, and include: clinical data submissions for TCC and Avatar, TCC recruitment, participation in ORIEN research and participation in governance activities. The annual site plans will inform and guide the need for in-person site visits and will be reviewed/approved by the Department Leader to ensure continuity across all sites.
•Under the direction of the Department Leader, execute and implement annual site specific plan
•Initiate communication/collaboration across internal teams; engage subject matter experts to address questions/concerns
•Pro-actively engage with key stakeholders at M2Gen, escalating any priority issues to Department Leader. Maintain communication across all internal resources/teams (IT, data, molecular, commercial, patient engagement, etc.) to drive each members success in the Network
•Appropriately escalate site challenges/impediments/issues to Department Leader and key stake holders
•Maintain members 'database' to include, but not limited to: general member profile, statistics such as number of analytic cancer cases, research focus, programs, staffing/resources, operational infrastructure, capabilities, etc.
•Support all aspects of operations as it relates to participation in the Network including but not limited to: account requests for TCC/Avatar tools/data interfaces
•Troubleshoot issues and/or questions
•Maintain an understanding of active member projects and impediments for success
•Create/maintain support materials for members including but not limited to: manuals, presentations, educational materials, guideline documents, etc.

Continuously Monitor and track ORIEN Member Performance
•Monitor and track sites’ performance based on Member in Good Standing Criteria and individual site plan; ensure program and project milestones are met and targets are achieved
•Work with sites to increase performance over time
•Communicate key milestones, activities, progress and impediments to the Department Leader and partner with the Department Leader to develop creative solutions to address member impediments
•Partner with Department Leader to determine when an onsite visit is warranted based on site challenges, educational opportunities, etc.
•Monitor initial and ongoing timely data submissions between cancer centers and M2Gen's clinical data team
•Track TCC protocol enrollment status and collaborate to create dashboard reports; develop a deep understanding of the member’s TCC protocol and consent and ensure harmonization of essential elements is retained
•Communicate with Department Leader when reports/tools are needed to assist with tracking/monitoring member performance and either create/implement solutions and/or collaborate with IT team to identify a solution Individual ORIEN Member action item follow-up
•Support the day to day needs of ORIEN members, including creation and maintenance of a member specific “action item” list for internal use and for sharing with OPMs and other relevant stakeholders to ensure members know and have a consistent way to follow up on requests, surveys, etc.
•Ensure the timely completion of action items and follows-up as needed; engage with key stakeholders at M2Gen as needed
•Appropriately prioritize action items and tasks and understand the delicate balance between members needs and internal priorities

Education / Experience
•Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Health or Clinical Research/Administration or related field is required; Master’s preferred
•Minimum 3 years multi-institutional site or clinical administration/project management related experience with at least 1 year in oncology preferred
•Project Management experience desired

•Proven leadership and experience managing projects and relationships with multiple stakeholders

•Must be highly motivated, innovative and have the ability to thrive in an unstructured "start-up" environment. Ability to apply creative problem solving, contribute to building infrastructure/processes and a high degree of initiative is required.
•Demonstrated program management experience, along with strong fiscal and protocol management skills
•Proficiency using software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing is required
•Highly organized and excellent time management skills
•Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
