Description
FrankCrum Staffing is recruiting for a front office position, working directly for the Human Resources Director, for a client in Tampa, FL. This is a Monday-Friday position in a warehouse setting. Please provide an updated resume if interested. The position starts off at $16-18/hour and after the probationary period they will be eligible for a $2-5/hour bonus weekly.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Payroll
• Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll
• Verifying the timecards are approved
• Making sure all hours are accounted for which includes direct contact with Supervisors
• Maintaining all deductions
• Processing manual checks as needed
• Maintaining hours for all employees and temporaries for productivity purposes. • Comply with child support and garnishments which requires communication with the various state child support divisions.

Recruiting and Selection
• Interview candidates as needed.
• Ensure completion of all new hire paperwork notify appropriate individuals ahead of time to ensure a smooth onboarding
• Conduct all new hire Onboarding and Orientation
• Coordinate terminations – exit interviews and gathering of company materials, notifying appropriate individuals

Clerical/General Administrative
• Create new hire personnel files and medical files
• Respond to routine emails, phone calls, etc.
• Make copies, print documents, etc.
• Filing

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience
2+ years of professional experience in Human Resources (preferred)
Paylocity experience a plus
