Responsibilities:• Facilitate the development of governance forums and documents programmatic, policy, and CONOPs - to manage issues and capabilities that span one or more collection disciplines: GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT or SIGINT
• Conduct in-depth assessments, using metrics where available and appropriate, of strategic collection capabilities to support decision making on collection enterprise issues to inform Programming and Budgeting
• Support the development or review of multi-INT, technical capability statements, identifying and documenting future collection architecture needs, especially with regard to Programming and Budgeting
• Assist NIM’s and NICO’s with posture development; providing advice on collection related tools and developing technologies; monitoring community collection activities; assisting or making recommendations to improve community collaboration; developing studies or surveys, synthesizing and analyzing results
• Support the preparation, production and coordination of written products and briefings for senior IC members, policy makers, warfighters, other stakeholders and oversight committees on collection activities
• Support the planning, facilitation and after action needs for collection-related IC sessions and outreach initiatives to address collection matters
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher level degree
• 10 Years Relevant Work Experience
• Minimum 10 Years of IC Work Experience
• Knowledge of processes and procedures that help to translate mission needs into programmatic requirements for collection capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
• Proven track record in planning, leading and completing complex projects
• Significant demonstrated knowledge of the IC’s structure and IC member organiziations’ roles and capabilities regarding collection
Clearance Requirement:
TS/SCI w/ CI poly
