Title: Nutritional Aide

Job Type: Full-time, 30 hours/week

Compensation: $19.00 + Comprehensive Benefits Package (see below for benefits details)

BONUS of $500, after six months of employment.

LOCATION: WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA.
 

RIMARY DUTIES:

Provide nutrition services and assist with serving meals to enrolled children in accordance with the Child Care Food Program.  Maintain a clean and safe kitchen area for the daily preparation of food. Stay up to date with all nutritional information, kitchen supplies and health codes.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to establish and maintain accurate records.

Inventory experience, preferred.

Posses’ basic math skills.

Posses effective written and oral communication skills.

Ability to stand 90-95% of the time. 

Ability to frequently walk and sit, as well as on occasion, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Vacation & Sick Time

· 10 days of Vacation per year for the first 2 years of service. Accrual at start.

· 10 Sick Days per year. Accrual at start.

Holidays

· 11 Holidays – no waiting period.

· 18 Paid Hours early release – no waiting period.

· Kaiser HMO Medical Plan - 100% coverage

· Non-Kaiser Options – you can also choose a Blue Shield HMO or UnitedHealthCare HMO or PPO
