Responsibilities: The Staffing Administrator will be a team-oriented individual with excellent work ethic and communication skills to help the team meet weekly expectations and develop a world class recruiting department. The Staffing Administrator will support the Recruiting Department by performing various administrative tasks, taking on projects, and assisting with the Recruiting Department’s day to day operations. Most importantly, the Staffing Administrator will act as a representative of Metronome to internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the Recruiting Department with all aspects of recruiting administration/compliance.
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Assist with data transfer, data entry, and updating databases.
  • Investigate referrals, references, applications, and social media sources to formulate a well-rounded view of applicants.
  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Perform outreach to active candidates, issuing and collecting documents for completion/signature.
  • Craft resumes and carefully tailor them to reflect skills required from job requirements.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings.
  • Assist in onboarding and new hire processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel)
  • Detail and process oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidential company information.
  • Must be able to learn new systems for tracking candidate progress.
  • Have an unflinching sense of urgency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Any combination of relevant experience and education demonstrating ability to perform job duties.
