As an Accounting Administrator with Bishop Engineering, you will work closely with our internal team, clients, and CFO. You will support internal staff with various projects and accounting functions, providing a diversity of tasks and work each day. You will be the face of Bishop Engineering, with consistent interactions with our valued clients, providing them top tier customer service. In addition, you will be a culture champion, assisting with company celebrations, meetings, birthdays, and anniversaries.

  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and statements
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
  • Work on simultaneous projects and adjust to changing project needs depending on project type and scale.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, ordering of office materials and supplies, etc.
  • A background of degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with standard industry software (Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, Etc.), Ajera is preferred.
  • Previous experience with vendors, subcontractors, and clients is preferred.
