Title: Contracts Administrator
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities: Seeking a dynamic individual to perform as an entry level Contracts Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to enter the government contracting field and gain invaluable experience. In direct support of the Director of Contracts, the individual will be responsible for contracts/subcontracts administration, tracking, managing, reviewing, analyzing contract data, and preparing reports. 
  • Provide contract/subcontract administration support.
  • Provide proposal support.
  • Review, interpret contract/subcontract requirements.
  • Prepare monthly project reports.
  • Track contract financials.
  • Provide inputs in various contract department databases and trackers. Review for accuracy.
  • Review invoices for contract compliance.
  • Ensure contract compliance in accordance with state and federal laws.
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions.
  • Draft contractual agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts, Consulting Agreements, etc.
  • The individual will be adept in understanding contract terms, articulating those positions to the business and ensuring the program teams are able to effectively understand the impacts of the agreements reached.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure the client deliverables and expectations are achieved.
  • Maintain contract files/contract repository.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business-Related field (Business, Finance, Accounting)
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to work with stakeholders across various departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Possess excellent written/oral communication skills and be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of all aspects of the contract life cycle including proposals, contract administration, and contract closeout.
  • Knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, and other government acquisition regulations.
  • Able to manage and administer multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Virtual teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business-Related field (Business, Finance, Accounting)

This job operates in a virtual professional office environment. This role is full-time and will be 100% remote.
