About the Role 

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to company executives by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. You will also make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports. 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executive(s) 

  • Comfortable exercising initiative, independent judgement and maintaining confidentiality 

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment 

  • Availability to work outside or normal business hours
