Healthcare Account Executive (100% Remote)


Our client is hiring four (4) full-time Health Account Executives who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle to prospect and close new business revenues in (commercial and state) short-term acute care hospital markets, as well as the Behavioral Health, Urgent and Ambulatory Care markets.  The main objective is to generate sales revenue.  Experience in territory management, business analysis, creating and executing business development and capture plans, and closing multi-million-dollar engagements for Electronic Health Record and/or Healthcare software technologies is required.

Location: 100% Remote

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 + Commission

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint).
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in using CRM products to manage territory activities.
  • Healthcare domain knowledge (regulatory requirements, key topics, trends impacting models of health care delivery, etc.).


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven track record of consistent performance exceeding sales goals
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience selling Electronic Health Record systems and/or healthcare technologies in the Acute Care, Ambulatory and Urgent Care markets
  • Knowledge of the of the major EHR (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, and/or MEDITECH) competitive land scape which includes pricing strategies, functional specifications, etc.
  • Knowledge and the Application of EHR Acumen
  • Knowledge and ability to analyze business and clinical workflows
  • Knowledge of the patient journey and related health care models
  • Previous experience required in the following areas:
    • Developing, Forecasting, and Closing new business revenue.
    • Excellent communicator (writing, in-person meetings, and via online platforms)
