Do you have experience leading new client implementations in an RPO, staffing, or a related setting? If so, we’d love to hear from you! 

What you’ll do: 

  • Solution Development.  Work closely with Source2 Business Development leadership and actively participate in late-stage sales meetings and client presentations. Make recommendations regarding feasibility, timeline, process, resource assignment, and solution delivery; Ensure new business opportunities are priced and resourced properly; Own the sales-to-implementation hand-off process.  

 

  • Implementation.  Oversee multiple new RPO client implementations. Own implementation project plan. Drive timely, quality execution of tasks. Own system setup and configuration. Lead implementation calls. Consult with client executives and internal stakeholders to identify and overcome obstacles. Support Source2 Client Service Leadership with team development & training. Consult with Source2 Client Service Leadership on service delivery through the pilot period. Identify and execute on opportunities to accelerate profitability. Ensure quality transition to recruitment operations following the pilot period. 

 

  • Client Leadership. Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction and the overall success of new client relationships through the implementation period. Own relationships with clients’ senior-most contacts. Establish KPIs aligned to clients’ business objectives. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction. 

 

  • Project Management. Help identify and oversee multiple projects that add value to existing client relationships including client “re-implementations”, introduction of new services or technologies, and operational process enhancements. Clarify and align stakeholders to desired outcomes. Develop and own project plan. Drive timely, quality execution of tasks. Ensure quality communication throughout. 

Measures of success: 

  • Client Retention. New clients highly satisfied with the quality and speed of implementation and continue their partnership with Source2 beyond the pilot period. 

 

  • Profitability. New clients are profitable by the end of the second full month following the implementation kick-off call. New clients are increasingly profitable month three to six and tracking to desired margin targets beyond month six. 

 

  • Client Satisfaction. Internal and external customers provide unsolicited positive feedback on your ability to proactively identify and execute on opportunities that add value to our internal teams and our clients’ organizations. 

Who you are: 
 

  • An implementation or project management professional with 8+ years’ experience in an RPO, recruitment, staffing, or related environment 

  • Demonstrated track-record of successfully project-managing multiple new client implementations simultaneously 

  • Track-record of successfully engaging senior business leaders including C-level executives 

  • Experience setting & driving financial, operating, and service-level metrics & outcomes 

  • College degree preferred; project management certification preferred; experience managing a team preferred
