The gig in short:
ENTRE Institute is seeking highly motivated, resourceful individuals to join our Creative Team. Technical support aids with troubleshooting technical issues, provides timely customer feedback, and supports the roll-out of new products, among other duties. Moreover, technical support officers need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation related to tickets, and know when to properly escalate tickets. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication and technical knowledge.

What we want you to do:
  • Assist in repairing technical problems for customers and provide technical support to clients on existing problems
  • Ensure all tech related client support tickets are responded and resolved in a timely manner
  • Assist in responding to student concerns via a number of formats, including ticket response/email, live phone assistance, or chat assistance
  • Provide customer feedback and input into product successes or failures
  • Troubleshoot and help customers get the most from their investments
  • Assist the Technology Support Lead in creating a knowledge base videos and content related to technical support
  • Recommend improvements to existing technology based on customer feedback
  • Report bugs through the appropriate channels and communicate with customers when they’re resolved.
 
What we are looking for and want you to have:
  • Experience working in technology related field or similar role
  • Must be highly detail, process, and technology oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exemplifies ENTRE culture and values
  • Able to collaborate with multiple teams in a fast-past changing environment
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to identify issues and tasks without being asked or notified
