-100% Remote with travel to client sites 
Territory:  Primarily Manhattan with occasional travel to Westchester and Long Island  
Salary: $75,000
Work directly with a local team and collaborate with a national group of technicians to design,
manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of several businesses throughout the New York City
Metropolitan area. You will be relied upon to support the management of client networks,
troubleshoot and resolve issues and lead projects, such as network design and implementation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Network Administration, configuration, and troubleshooting (AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
• Develop and implement network infrastructure systems including hardware, software,
storage, backup, email, security, etc.
• Create images for new hardware rollouts.
• Record, troubleshoot, and prioritize IT related issues.
• Responding, troubleshoot and resolve client-side issues (tickets and calls).
• On-site at clients to provide support as needed.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software including Windows and
MacOS.
• Conduct daily, monthly, quarterly checks on a variety of server, security, and network
systems.
• Monitor infrastructure and escalate potential or known issues as required.
• Troubleshooting computer hardware problems (Desktop, Server, Networking) for the client
and with software and hardware vendors
• Develop and update supporting documentation, site guides, FAQs and knowledgebase
articles for clients and other technicians
• Collaborate with clients to identify solutions and recommendations for client environments
with the goal of continual improvement, stability and reliability, security.
• Onboarding new clients and documenting infrastructure.
• Working with third party vendors and NOC to resolve issues.
• Performs other IT related duties as required.
Qualifications
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience
• Networking infrastructure (firewalls, subnets, routing, switching, VPN, etc.)
• Windows Operating Systems (Workstation & Server)
Travel: • Some after-hours or weekend work required for scheduled upgrades, system maintenance
and/ or emergency system troubleshooting as needed
• Travel to client sites in the New York Metropolitan Area
