Job Description


As our company continues to grow and expand, Sourceability is looking for a committed and versatile customer success executive who is ready to help drive revenue through our e-commerce marketplace Sourcengine.com.

The candidate would be working closely with their affiliated sales manager helping them to follow up with customers and users who place business on our e-commerce shop for various purposes. This will include interacting with customers in writing or on the phone in respect to their RFQs, Quotes, bulk inquiries (BOMs) as well as their shipments. The candidate is expected to have a good knowledge and understanding for of our e-commerce website and the tools that constitute towards our shopping experience that we offer in our website. This would mean setting up demo and orientation calls with customers and helping customers with their regular queries that they might have throughout their journey on our website.

Responsibilities:  
  • Follow up on orders and check outs internally with our procurement team and externally with the customers
  • Respond back to RFQs coming through the site and help quote through our existing seller platform
  • Ready to help and mitigate all escalation points regardless of how they originate (email, call or chatbot on the website)
  • Conduct online orientation demos for customers for using our e-commerce website and our other online tools
  • Manage the sales portion responsibility for our CRM system to gather and track key data on new and existing customers (Hubpsot)
 
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years plus experience supporting online tools (preferably e-commerce site) with proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication skills on the phone and otherwise (English and Spanish)
  • Highly skilled on multitasking & with working with international teams through various online mediums
