BIM COORDINATOR JOB PURPOSE

As a BIM Coordinator for Bishop Engineering, you will implement BIM technology to assist in the construction coordination process. This position will give you the chance to work on a wide-variety of construction projects in Iowa.
As a BIM Coordinator with Bishop Engineering you will work in a fast-paced environment driving exceptional quality and service for major projects. You will be a key player in the development of central Iowa and how we grow as a community. BIM COORDINATOR JOB DUTIES- Work closely with internal and external personnel to provide recommendations to facilitate plans, expectations, and updates
- Produce site models, drawings for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain, and other conduits using computer programs and BIM
- Design technical solutions for buildings and other structures and ensure plans are accurate and easy to interpret
- Audit and review all BIM Project Documents
BIM COORDINATOR JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with Revit required and AutoCAD Civil 3D experience a plus.
- Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures is required.
- Previous experience with subdivision or private land development, storm and sewage is required.
