The gig in short:

An Operations Coordinator within the Events team at ENTRE is responsible for supporting the company’s internal needs by guiding groups of students through their event experiences and supporting the events team while doing so. This is done by providing a level of accountability and being a resource for keeping pace with the events and student experience. The Operations Coordinator will carry a group of students from the first day through the last of their event, ensuring students feel supported and encouraged. They will partner with our internal teams to ensure the highest quality of customer experience is met across various aspects such as; social media, event operations, customer service, Tech support, and Marketing. This role will be a hybrid Remote/Onsight position based out of Denver Colorado.

What we want you to do:

  • Create orders in BO/CRM for advanced classes (supporting Adv. Course Manager)
  • Work with Tech & Events Operations Manager on creating the best CRM for the Event team
  • Acutey set up for Event Value calls for Advance Course Manager (pre and post event)
  • Calendar adjustments as necessary/on the fly for Advance Course Manager 
  • Email Management for Events Email:
    • Group messaging - pre/post events (students, vol. staff, reaudits)
  • Work with True Heros/Financing for scheduling attendance at events 
  • Travel arrangements 
  • Merchandise sourcing & ordering for all events
  • Additional Events Planning/Support (as needed):
    • Exec. Leadership Retreats
    • Company Wide Annual Retreat
    • Future Advance Course Reunions
  • Rooming list for in person events
  • At Support Events:
    • Runner at Insight (liaison between event team and hotel)
    • Lunch orders for Staff
    • Regular merchandise table support
  • Social media management and community monitor (Facebook, instagram) for Event Pages
    • Insight Alumni
    • Impact Community Pages
    • Influence Community Pages 
  • Managing the marketing material  
    • Work with Marketing to update, as necessary
      • Event Packets, schedules, resources for the Sales team

What we are looking for and what you have to have:

  • Strong team-work and communication skills
  •  Know the work we do and/or willing to take the classes 
  • Technology Savvy
  • Ability to adapt/pivot
  • Events Systems (Preferred)
  • Project Management Systems (Preferred)
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized
  • Able to keep track of multiple students/projects at the same time
  • Have a deep working knowledge of ENTRE’s products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on student plans, offerings, course material, and course changes
  • Proficiency in traditional office software programs (such as Google, Microsoft, Adobe.), commonly used communication tools (such as Slack, Skype, Zoom, etc.) 
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate with purpose and tact.
