Job Summary:
We are looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our growing team. The Mechanic will maintain, repair, and provide general upkeep of fleet trucks, trailers, and small equipment. We are looking for experienced individuals who have basic knowledge of Gasoline and Diesel Engines, Brake and Electrical Systems.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
  • Maintain, repair, and provide general upkeep of fleet trucks, trailers, and small equipment.
  • Basic working knowledge of Gasoline and Diesel Engines, Brake and Electrical systems.
  • Provide routine inspections of vehicles.
  • Assess vehicles and/or machinery to accurately diagnose and repair issues.
  • Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment assigned for use.
  • Adhere to company work safety policies.
  • Able to perform physical tasks for the entire assigned work shift.
  • Other duties may be assigned consistent with job description.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school or equivalent education
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Ability to operate all equipment safely and productively
  • Must provide basic hand tools
  • Must be able to lift and/or move 50 to 150 pounds
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with crew, leadership, and clients
  • Must be able to meet physical demands of the position
  • Basic computer skills
  • Work safely in all conditions
  • Function effectively as an integral part of a team
  • Occasional overnight travel to various job sites
  • Subject to pre-employment drug test, background check, and MVR

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Basic welding and fabrication skills a plus
  • Class A CDL, or willing to obtain one
Employment Status:
  • Non-exempt, Hourly
  • Full-time
