Responsibilities: CDRL Management for the Ship’s Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Family of Systems (FoS) Transition Contract and Information Operation Multiple Award Contract Integrated Communications and Data Systems Delivery Orders. This role includes management of CDRLs submitted using NAVWAR’s Acquisition Management System and/or PMW 120’s Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center tools to track all CDRLs from vender submission s, adjudicating reviewer comments and drafting Contracting Officer Representative acceptance/rejection letters. CDRL Management actions include setting DO’s up in AMS; Supporting Government personnel with getting AMS accounts and assign the necessary AMS roles; Coordination with vender in getting access and uploading CDRLs to AMS; troubleshooting AMS related issues working with NAVWAR AMS help desk; maintain CDRL trackers notifying COR is CDRL deliveries are late. This role also includes some program level support functions to include weekly and monthly program meeting reporting on CDRL updates/CDRL related metric, monthly status reports, monthly and weekly reports, and ad hoc data calls.
- 1+ year of experience with FA/DFAR Contracts Management for DoD programs and major acquisition program contracts
- Experience with managing and coordinating correspondence from multiple venders and government stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Highly organized and responsive to data call s and government requests for information.
- TS/SCI clearance
- Experience with supporting DoD or Navy contracting procedures and regulations.
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree
