Role / What you will be doing
The HR Coordinator will be a critical member of the HR team supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle with a primary focus on talent acquisition and onboarding.  The HR coordinator will help us attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent through administrative scheduling support, streamlined candidate communication, and onboarding management, ensuring a positive and memorable candidate and employee experience.  

​​​​Responsibilities (this is not an all-inclusive list; duties may evolve over time as business needs change)
  • Scheduling interviews working directly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Providing administrative support to the recruiting the HR teams
  • Initiating and auditing background checks
  • Reviewing and editing job descriptions
  • Use ATS to provide accurate details on recruiting efforts and candidate status
  • Provide initial onboarding details and welcome letter to new hires
  • Data entry of new hire information into internal personnel system
  • Scheduling of new hire orientation sessions
  • Assisting in the creation of new hire introduction communications
  • Assisting with various HR projects as needed
Education / Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of HR or talent acquisition experience preferred
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
  • Knowledge of HR practices and best polices
  • Strong attention to detail and nuance
  • Self-motivated and directed, consistently demonstrating initiative and drive for results
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Persistent and resilient with a tenacious appetite for success
  • Flexible, start-up mindset and high functioning in a fast-paced, constantly changing, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work under pressure with time sensitive deliverables, exemplifying professional and courteous behavior at all times
  • Ability to navigate and communicate across the organization with different functional groups and varying personalities
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Tech savvy and familiar with various software, tools, systems
