Clason Point Partners Inc. seeks a Senior Program Analyst to support a federal contract in Washington, DC. The Senior Program Analyst is responsible to interpret, synthesize, and present results and recommendations to senior military and civilian decision makers. The Senior Program Analyst shall possess a mastery understanding of the JCIDS process and able to apply requisite analytical expertise to achieve integration of capabilities, requirements and resourcing. The candidate must be capable of leading and managing interdisciplinary study teams conducting studies of a scope and nature expected of a theater level command. The candidate must also have a detailed knowledge in military doctrine, planning and operational employment of forces - combat arms, combat support, and combat service support and be able to apply a broad understanding of military command and control and force structure at the unified and specified level (joint commands) to the joint planning process and mission analysis. The job is subject to contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Provides acquisition engineering, technical advice, and assistance for all applicable programs during the acquisition life cycle including pre-acquisition, concept exploration, technology development, system development, procurement, integration, test, DT/OT and analysis, program protection, sustainment, mission assurance, anomaly resolution, and sustainment.

· Provides expertise, advice and support to help develop required JCIDS documentation to include (but not limited to) Initial Capability Document (ICDS), Capability Development Document (CDD), Capability Production Document (CPD), Milestone Documentation, Defense Acquisition Board (DAB) documentation.

· Assist in monitoring and supporting ongoing and planned acquisition activities. This shall include monitoring implementation, reporting any requirement shortfalls, and providing risk mitigation and impact assessments.

· Applies principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific task order requirements. Provides advice on esoteric problems, which requires extensive knowledge of the subject matter.

· Designs and prepares technical reports, studies and related documents.

· Plans and prepares technical briefings.

· Supports all aspects of a military organization’s research and development policies, objectives, and initiatives.

· Researches new technologies that align with the mission and goals of the military organization.

Education and Experience

· Senior Program Analysts should possess a Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university and seven (7) years of task related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university plus twelve (12) years of task related experience.

· Possesses extensive knowledge of the Joint Force as demonstrated by at least 50% of task related experience supporting the DoD. Operational experience includes planning and executing combined and joint operations at the theater or component level, knowledge of combat arms, all source intelligence analysis, logistics, civil-military operations, and site’s area of responsibility or functional area and task related experience.

· Extensive experience in the Joint Capability Integration and Development System and DoDI 5000 is desired to support acquisition activities.

· Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

· Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance.
