Job description

 

Position Summary:

 

As our company continues to grow and expand, Sourceability is looking for a committed and versatile e-commerce sales administrator who is ready to help drive revenue through our e-commerce marketplace Sourcengine.com.

 

The candidate would be working closely with their affiliated sales team helping them primarily with the daily orders and inquiries that are coming through our e-commerce website from a wide array of customers across Americas mostly USA, Canada and Mexico. The candidate will also be responsible for all post order topics in conjunction with our sourcing team from the confirmation prospective (no purchasing functionality involved). Finally, the candidate will be responsible for back-end user management through our designated platform in terms of on boarding newly signed up users or dealing with regularly risen issues.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Follow up on orders and check outs internally with our procurement team

 

  • Process RFQs coming through the site and help our sales manager and customers success manager to quote through our existing seller platform

 

  • Ready to help and mitigate all internal escalation points regardless of how they originate (email, call or otherwise)

 

  • Be the primary contact point for all internal back-end issues all the way from orders to user management

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3-5 years plus experience supporting online tools (preferably e-commerce site) with proven track record of success

 

  • Excellent communication skills on the phone and otherwise (English and Spanish)

 

  • Highly skilled on multitasking & with working with international teams through various online mediums
