Compensation:               $90,000 - $140,000 salary plus bonus, generous benefits, and flexible PTO

We will determine salary based on skills and experience in the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees in the same or similar role.

Job Summary:
We are a privately held, private equity-backed firm with multiple subsidiaries, in hyper-growth mode. This position is a high-impact, high leverage, high visibility position with an opportunity to have a multinational impact.  Join the Transformation and Integration team in a cross-functional role that involves supporting key initiatives and strategic projects across Congruex. Report directly to the VP of Transformation & Integration, with responsibilities including driving integration strategy and execution, project management, business process mapping, functional assessments, data analysis, and executive reports.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
•            Refining our integrated approach to drive value creation from due diligence through the first 90+ days on the Congruex platform
•            Executing our integration strategy, including identifying revenue and cost synergies and driving change management initiatives in existing and new acquisitions
•            Supporting operating units’ strategic planning processes, including collaborating across the finance and sales functions to define annual and quarterly targets and supporting reporting against those targets
•            Completing and presenting research in support of transformation projects and initiatives, including interfacing with various operating units to gather data and insights
•            Drafting presentation materials and related preparation for key meetings, such as using MS PowerPoint to build slides that distill complex problems into coherent and cohesive structures and stories
•            Taking notes and tracking follow-ups for ad hoc & recurring meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications:
General
•            Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with demonstrated strong academic aptitude
•            2+ years of experience in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment, such as in a startup, management consulting, investment banking, etc.
•            2+ years of experience using MS Office tools to create deliverables such as excel spreadsheets and workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, MS Teams, and other MS Office Tools


Desired Skills & Qualifications:

•            Demonstrated ability to frame, analyze, and solve complex problems
•            Demonstrated high aptitude with MS PowerPoint and Excel
•            Successful ability to flex into a variety of roles, projects, and functions to support our overarching business needs and day to day delivery
•            Strong time management skills and ability to work on multiple overlapping projects
