Sourceability is an international technology company in the field of distribution for semiconductors and microchips. Sourceability is also an independent distributor in the electronics industry as a service provider.

As our company continues to grow and expand, Sourceability is looking for a committed and versatile Account Manager / Senior Account Manager who is ready to drive revenue for our traditional business lines and products.
 
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this person will play a key role as they expand our company’s business reach throughout our focused territories in the DACH region.

Responsibilities
  • Increase sales through customer relationship with key decision makers, coaching, mentoring and tandem riding, developing and existing with the execution of account penetration strategies assisting managers with order details during early-stage account development from soliciting customer requirement, sourcing products to expediting and trouble shooting
  • Manage existing accounts by obtaining new orders, order flow and communication with customers
  • Establishes new accounts by prospecting, qualifying, cold calling and organization daily
  • Proficiently contact customers via phone, email, and visits
  • Quoting and closing incoming generated leads
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as call reports, weekly work plans and monthly forecast plans
  • Staying current of new products, market conditions, and competitive activities
  • Responsibility for representing, instilling, and perpetuating the Company’s corporate culture and code of business ethics

Requirements:
  • Strong sales drive with a desire to win business
  • Minimum 2 years in a proven track record of closing sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and time management skills
  • Goal oriented and success driven
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize many concurrent activities
  • Ability to work independently and to be self-motivated
  • German and English fluently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel
