Customer Service & Logistics Manager

We are looking for a knowledgeable Logistics and Customer Service Manager for a keto friendly company in the Indianapolis area. This role will provide overall leadership, direction and support to the customer service, warehouse, and distribution teams. Must have a deep understanding of all areas of logistics and customer service within food manufacturing.  

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer focused supply chain is delivering key KPI’s and defined customer service goals
  • Responsible for developing & implementing strategies to address short- and long-term goals
  • Accountable for devising, implementing, and administering operational planning/analysis, creating operational KPI’s, controls and policies, Establish short- and long-range operational goals, strategic plans, and policies across 4 key CS&L pillars: safety, service, cost and people
  • Lead the distribution supply chain consisting of a distribution center and multiple 3PL partners to meet the distribution needs of Catalina Snacks
  • Responsible for all performance metrics within the company’s network for inventory management and control. This also includes annual physical inventories, cycle counts, internal audits, ect
  • Fosters a team environment and engages providers to drive superior performance
  • Reports to the Plant & Operations Manager

Required Skills/Qualifications:  
  • 3+ years of Supply Chain experience
  • 2+ years of end-to-end Customer Service & Logistics Operations related experience
  • Strong experience managing transportation and warehousing operations
  • 2+ years of analytical experience and knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures within a CPG manufacturing company
