Key Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

·      Support daily HR operations including onboarding and offboarding

·      Processing of monthly payroll with overtime and allowance and submission of CPF

·      Submission of related government surveys and claims

·      Preparation of HR reports

·      Manage HRIS system and benefits administration

·      Assist in implementation of HR initiatives and projects

·      Manage office administration and maintenance works

·      Any other ad-hoc HR and admin duties assigned by immediate supervisor, manager or management

Job Requirements:

·      Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business Management or any related field.

·      Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience

·      Payroll experience

·      Handle government surveys and government claims such as NS, GPL, Waiver of levy, etc

·      Good knowledge in local labor laws and government requirements

·      Able to work in a fast-paced environment

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

·      Team player with good communication skill
