Primary Location: Denver, Colorado or Remote
Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 
We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees in the same or similar role.

Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer supports the Business Development team by developing solutions to address client requirements. Technical lead on the account team, responsible for multi-service solutions, technical and business requirements discovery, solution design/engineering/consulting.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
  • Use depth of knowledge of organization’s Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Feasibility, Wireless and other services to engage with clients, determine their needs, identify a solution, and liaise with the technical or geographic expert to drive an ideal solution
  • Technical lead for complex client solutions; Leverage exceptional problem-solving skills to provide technical recommendations that move the sale forward and remove technical objections in the sales cycle
  • Direct client relationship for technical responses
  • Depth of knowledge to support on high level estimating
  • Coordination of complex bids to present a coherent single solution back to the client by interacting with all Operating Units
  • Support the business development team for large bids
  • Develop and deliver technical training materials, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Ensure timely reporting to leadership whenever necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:
General
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales engineering role or technical support role in industry
  • Knowledge on the Engineering, Construction, Procurement process
  • Proven technical background, preferably in telecom industry
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Proactive with the ability to drive projects to completion
  • Customer service driven with strong interpersonal skills
Technical
  • Presentation skills
  • Microsoft Office

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Historical sales experience
