Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 annual base salary

Job Summary:
Congruex is seeking a creative and highly organized team player to join our Corporate Marketing & Communications team.  You will help champion our recently refreshed One Congruex brand through mixed marketing, design, and communications tactics and strategy.

You will partner directly with internal operations and our executive team to collect B2B and talent acquisition campaign requirements, influence strategic planning, copywrite content, and project manage the execution and maintenance of multi-channel, multi-media marketing campaigns.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in social media, design, sales, people services (HR), and recruiting.  You will have the opportunity to refine and create repeatable marketing processes and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting to measure the success of campaigns and leave lasting impacts on our people, and our brand.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
  • Manage monthly marketing performance reporting based on KPIs from digital and traditional marketing channels (social media, web, adverts, sponsorships etc.)
  • Conduct market research on client and competitor activity, make recommended action plans for Congruex, and execute on resulting activities
  • Secure and execute publication opportunities to create and promote Congruex stories that align with operational marketing strategies
  • Copywrite and manage design vision for various publications, awards, and adverts
  • Partner with internal web development and content team to strategize, manage, and enhance our website for accurate brand representation and ideal user experience
  • Collaborate and lead vision and execution of multi-media content and copywriting for external and internal communications
  • Support internal communications copywriting and design assets as needed
  • Partner directly with the corporate sales team to organize, prioritize, and manage company memberships and industry events
  • Manage content pipelines and content management processes
  • Manage promotional items budget, inventory, and production
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or Graphic Design (related disciplines and / or equivalent work experience welcomed)
  • Experience partnering and collaborating with technical teams, including web design and application development
  • Experience and keen eye for UX design
  • Experience creating and managing multiple mixed marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • Highly organized with experience managing multiple projects at any given time
  • Client oriented with the ability to take edit requests with ease
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with the ability to track and prioritize tasks and projects
  • Passion for communications, marketing, and branding
  • Genuinely values GRIT – guts, reliability, innovation, and teamwork
  • MS Office Suite 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Excl, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment (office and virtual interactions)
  • Google Analytics
  • Content Management Systems (WordPress preferred)
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Industry experience in construction, engineering, or utility
  • Web design
  • Predictive analytics
  • Basic to intermediate design skills (Adobe Photoshop or InDesign preferred)
