The gig in short:
Are you a freelance video editor looking for more consistent work? Are you ambitious and thrive in an environment that challenges your skills with every new project? Are you looking to expand your skill sets into a more lucrative market? If so, you may be the right fit for ENTRE’s newest junior video editor. As a junior video editor, your work will be critiqued and education will be provided to make you a better editor in our digital marketing space.

What we want you to do:

Attend weekly team meetings to go over the editing that needs to be done.

You may be asked to edit a wide variety of raw footage including educational videos, online courses, podcasts, ads, and webinars.

You will be editing for social media. Including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

You will be required to implement feedback as it is given, as our team moves fast and does
-
not have time for mistakes.

You may be asked to collaborate in any part of the production process including pre-production, production, as well as post production.

Work closely with the copywriting team to implement the latest compliance changes and quickly test new ad variations.

Stay up to date with your google calendar, project management software and slack communications.
What we are looking for and what you have to have:
-
5+ years of video editing experience
-
Experience with kinetic typography
-
Extensive experience creating and manipulating motion graphics (we use a lot of motion graphics)

Must work in the Adobe Suite with extension experience in Premiere Pro and relatively extensive experience with After Effects.

Must submit a reel or portfolio to be considered for the position.

Knowledge of video codecs and formats.

Experience in Adobe photo editing software is a plus.

Ability to communicate and work from home effectively.

Must have an eye for detail and design.
