Job Summary: 

Land Intelligence, Inc. is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. 
We are focused on creating software to automate the land development and commercial real estate industry. 
 
The ideal candidate will have a passion and interest as a marketing professional with a desire to create a career in digital marketing, advertising, and proposal preparation. They will have operational proficiency with various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and an ability to develop materials for various audiences on various platforms and channels.  The candidate will be able to interface with internal parties as well as external organizations to create, manage and implement effective marketing plans. Further, the candidate will have experience in developing creative messages and techniques for promoting our products and services to both new and existing customers.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Coordinate User product demonstrations 

  • Coordinate Client proposal development 

  • Collaborate with other marketing professionals on the team 

  • Support and manage the sales playbook with the business development team 

  • Manage third party advertising efforts  

  • Support and create a wide variety of digital and print media content  

  • Required to learn and adapt to multiple tools to integrate and collaborate in professional settings 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar field of study,  

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple priorities 

  • Self-starter with ability to manage time with minimal supervision 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • HubSpot Certification 

  • Experience with proposal writing 

  • Two (2) years of experience in marketing, to include content and customer proposal preparation. 

 

Education Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent field or equivalent work experience.
