Job Summary: We are hiring for a Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Operations. Generally, the Senior Manager will own the end-to-end scope and project plan for specific business operations, including:
Dive deep into how our operating units operate and own the development of dashboards that track KPIs that measure business performance for several different stakeholders
Assess current processes in individual operating units and develop a plan to improve processes as they migrate onto our software platform(s); we currently have teams that are implementing software so this role will not own the day to day, but rather figure out how best to phase into the new systems and how to ensure we are getting value out of the platform(s) we are implementing
Develop deep trust-based advisor relationships with key cross functional, internal stakeholders (both on our corporate team and in our operating units) and ensure operating units are engaged throughout the changes
Understand operational levers that drive profitability and partner with operating unit leadership to prioritize and implement changes that drive margin improvement
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
Defining a post-acquisition growth strategy and integration plan
Scoping and managing transformation efforts in each of our businesses, most importantly onboarding new acquisitions to our software platform(s)
General business operations initiatives, including rolling out a standard bonus program for our businesses, defining new processes for how to engage our 2000+ offshore resources, drafting and refining our integration playbook
Required Skills & Qualifications: General
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with demonstrated strong academic aptitude
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment, such as in a startup, management consulting, investment banking, etc.
• 2+ years of experience using MS Office tools to create deliverables such as excel spreadsheets and workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, MS Teams, and other MS Office Tools
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to frame, analyze, and solve complex problems
• Demonstrated high aptitude with MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Successful ability to flex into a variety of roles, projects, and functions to support our overarching business needs and day to day delivery
• Strong time management skills and ability to work on multiple overlapping projects
