The NMC Group of Companies continues to expand its footprint across the Midwest, serving the hardworking people of Nebraska and surrounding states with innovative industrial solutions.  To best facilitate continued growth, Enova’s Talent Acquisition Department is adding a strategic Corporate Recruiter to drive recruitment strategies for a privately held multi-brand enterprise.  Enova is an affiliate organization of NMC Group and specializes in providing managed services support to all of its unique brands.



As a Recruiter for Enova, we expect you will find the following:

We won’t bore you with a job description.  Here are the core objectives for year one:

  • Manage a full life-cycle recruitment process by utilizing innovative and proactive recruitment solutions; from job concept design to new employee on-boarding (we won’t define innovation for you, we will just reserve a place for you to come be great).
  • Work intimately with business unit leaders to determine talent acquisition strategies that best facilitate business growth (you are an integral part of the hiring process; not just an order taker).
  • Develop working relationships with the community, employees, managers, leaders, and customers that we provide talent solutions for.  You will be influence and leverage your networks to achieve greatness..
