Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will join a booming business unit within Congruex to help define, build and expand a best-in-class employee experience. You will be focused on the Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Employee Retention for Congruex Network Services (CNS), a fast-growing business unit in Congruex. We are looking for someone who is organized, data driven and wants to make a difference. We don’t know everything(!) and are looking for someone to bring new ideas to the table and collaborate to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Job Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
  • Manage our external brand as it relates to recruiting – we need you to show the world how exciting a place CNS is to work
  • Expand and monitor a recruitment pipeline for roles specific to the CNS operating unit – including managing agencies or consultants to achieve our rapid growth requirements
  • Audit, edit or create, and maintain an employee on-boarding process, including key documentation and process steps
  • Report on various programs: Talent Acquisition, Recognition and Rewards, Onboarding, and Performance Management
  • Be the first point of contact for general HR questions from the team, and escalate to the corporate team as required
  • Audit all program documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Execute on additional programs relating to People Services when they arise

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an interest in Human Resources (HR)
  • Adaptable and independent critical thinker with a high level of self-motivation
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of modern diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices
  • Forward-thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Ability to maintain confidential information

  • Experience using project management software
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUPS)
  • MS Office & related products (Word, PPT, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams)
  • Video conferencing tools (MS Teams, Zoom, or similar)

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Project management software exposure
  • Previous HR system/tool experience (including data entry)
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
  • Customer service skills
