The General Manager oversees business operations and establishes strategic initiatives for the external recruiting and professional training services offered by Enova.  ‘GM’ leads business & product development efforts, go-to-market strategies, and operational performance for Enova while ensuring strong alignment between the differentiated business model and customer needs.  Leveraging existing customer relationships w/ affiliate companies and decades of industry specific experience, the ‘GM’ is responsible for introducing new recruiting and training solutions to prospective customer segments and achieving profitable revenue growth.  As a leader of this new and emerging business, the ‘GM’ builds new customer focused teams, creates sustainable systems and workflows, and builds a winning workplace culture.

  • Oversees all aspects of the development and evolution of the Enova business model; aligns the business model with the organization’s mission and purpose; ensures new business segments and product offerings align with the fundamentals of the core business design and differentiated value proposition.     
  • Establishes high-profile strategic partnerships with industry associations, educational institutions, trade groups, and industry action committees on a local, regional, and national level.  Designs and presents consultative seminars to promote the Enova brand and drive new business sales.
  • Conceptualizes core product and service offerings; collaborates with business stakeholders to align products with existing customer needs; identifies new channels to support portfolio diversification and growth.
  • Designs systems and processes that support a positive customer experience for division stakeholders; ensures each division has the appropriate resources to provide stakeholders with exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and grow a successful team that is positioned as credible, proactive, and trusted thought partner through building relationships and delivering results.  Manages employees within department including but not limited to hiring, training and developing employees, delegating work assignments, writing and conducting performance appraisals, coaching and counseling, ongoing development and administering disciplinary procedures.
