Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000

Job Summary:
Congruex is seeking a highly organized person to join our Sales team.  You will be primarily responsible for leading a team of sales personnel and executive reporting of sales pipeline. You will work directly with the SVP of Sales & Marketing and Business Unit sales and operations teams to conduct sales analytics, drive accurate sales forecasting, and manage the sales team  to develop and track progress of sales opportunities. Responsibilities include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration, and recruiting and selection of sales talent.


Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
General
  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization;  proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning and reporting efforts.
 
  •  Support the equitable assignment of sales team quotas and ensure quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
 
  • ·Work to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.
 
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
 
  •  ·Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of weekly sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization and C-level executives. Recommend revisions to existing reports or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
 
  •   Implement enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitor the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
 
  •  Support personnel in the sales organization. Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.

  • Work with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources. Aid with sales incentive compensation administration on an as-needed basis.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors’ Degree (Business Management, Finance, or related discipline preferred).
  • 5+ years of related Sales operations experience
  • Proven skills in sales processes, sales forecasting & funnel maintenance, and reporting
  • Proven experience in Sales Operations and telecom industry.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work, prioritize multiple high importance responsibilities, and be effective in a fast-paced work environment.
     
Technical
  • Heavy MS Excel skills with proven experience as a power user (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, modeling, data analysis).
  • Well versed in MS Office Suite – Word, PPT, Excel.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Telecom industry (Construction & Engineering preferred)
  • Power BI
  • AirTable
