Overview:
Is your portfolio full of performance marketing designs?  Then we want to hear from you!
 
This is unique opportunity for a designer to bring to life our new brand in performance driving creative. You’ll join a rapidly evolving in-house creative team and will need to be a self-starter with a portfolio demonstrating deep experience designing digital marketing. You must have a marketers’ mentality that loves turning goals and insights into revenue driving creative.

This role will focus designing ads and emails. We need someone with their finger on the pulse of marketing trends and the technical skills to deliver on a variety of digital marketing tactics that help meet business objectives, customer need, and ultimately compel consumers to purchase. We take great pride in creating high-quality work that amplifies the premium quality of our products.

Responsibilities
  • Design stand-out performance driving creative, in video, animation, and still formats.
  • Deliver designs that drive engagement and conversion across email, paid social, landing pages, and other digital marketing content.
  • Test and learn approach that continuously takes in feedback and iterate across multiple campaigns.
  • Use a variety of marketing tactics to help your designs compel consumer purchase.
  • Generate new ideas to amplify consumer need around our premium-quality products.
  • Support a small but mighty in-house creative team. Create and evolve high quality creative assets at scale, independently and in a fully remote team structure.
  • Collaborate to effectively manage your time, prioritize within a multi-tasked environment, and consistently hit deadlines.
  • Collaborate with creative team, project management and cross-functionally to effectively manage your time and hit deadlines across multiple projects.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years marketing design experience. Whether at an agency, e-commerce or D2C brand, you’ve tackled a wide range of marketing and advertising projects.
  • 4-year design degree or equivalent. You have an excellent understanding of design and marketing principles.
  • A solid portfolio. Applying best practices across a high volume of marketing projects and digital touchpoints.
  • You have tricks. Highly proficient in Canva, Klaviyo, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Bonus points if you’ve used Monday.com for project management.

  • Systems thinker: You delight in extrapolating and extending shared design elements and patterns to reinforce consistency and production efficiency.
  • Effective communicator:  You have excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate your ideas and gain feedback or approval. 
Pay Range
$60,000.00   Annually to $75,000.00   Annually
