Description
The Technical Sale Architect (System/Technical Sale Architect) is expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Private Network solutions that evaluates, selects, and adapts our Private Networks product to a customer's requirements. The Technical Sales Architect works within a dynamic outgoing team of technical salespeople, product managers/owners, applications and solution development engineering teams to ensure our Private Networks solutions are successfully architected and deployed to customers.

Responsibilities

• Teamed with the sales account manager, support the technical sale of TITAN.IUM® Platform’s Private Network’s products and services to             customers
• Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer and the company ensuring timely, high-quality responses to technical and business-      related needs and concerns
• Play an active role in the sales team throughout the sales process and the ongoing customer relationship by offering technical sales support in    a variety of complex or comprehensive activities.
• Work alongside the team to provide the technical statement of compliancy responses for RFP and RFIs together with the Central Bid Desk. •         Generate customer Solution Overview documents to be included in offers.
• Manage the Proof of Concepts demonstrations and testing in Private Network labs (internal, SI’s, partners)
• Participate in workshops for customers • Participate in providing feedback to Product Management team, Architects and Engineering regarding     customer requirements

Requirements

• Network Components and Architecture
• Knowledge of Mobile Core Network Architectures for 3G, 4G, 5G NSA, and 5G SA
     • Interfaces and functions of each
     • device attach, authentication, and data flows
     • secure credential components and functions
• Knowledge of signaling protocols: DIAMETER, SIP, SS7
• Familiar with private cellular network market, purpose, deployments (enterprise, defense, etc.)
• Familiarity and ability to configure RAN components and interfaces
     • Radio types
     • Spectrum (CBRS)
     • Power • Interfaces
• Familiar with IP network components and their basic configurations:
     • Routing
     • Switching
     • VPN’s
     • Firewalls
​​​​• Infrastructure and Operations
     • Understanding of Linux Operating System, installation, software packaging, OS operations, and upgrades.
     • Working knowledge of compute functions (cores, virtual cores, memory, storage, freq) and ability to implement computer, networking,                   hypervisor, application from blank
     • Familiar working with REST API interface (json) concepts/usage
     • Ability to install and provision hypervisors (vmware, kvm, virtualbox, etc.) for varying application and network requirements
• Soft Skills:
     • Excellent writing and presentation skills. Ability to describe technical concepts or product architecture in formal documents.
     ​​​​​​• Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
     • Capable of operating in a multi-country and multi-cultural environment
     • Team player • Independent and self-driven

Qualifications and Experience

• Four-year Engineering degree in a related technical field preferred, ideally Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology. (If     no degree then based on experience)
• Ideal experience coming from working in Private Networks vendor market space (core provider, RAN provider, SI, consulting, managed service     provider)
• 5 years of proven experience in telecom industry
• Certificates on Linux, Virtualization or Security would be a plus.
• Previous Security Clearance would be a plus
• CBRS SAS certification a plus
