BrightMove’s Customer Success organization continues to grow and we are actively seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to join the team. In this position you will play an instrumental role in onboarding and supporting our customers.
This opportunity will allow you to apply your exceptional analytics skills, passion for customer service and love of all things talent acquisition.
This position is remote and enables candidates to be located anywhere in the continental United States.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in data analysis and customer service with previous experience in staffing, recruiting or human resources. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a follow a results-driven approach.
Responsibilities
These are the things you will get to do:
- Contribute to and be responsible for onboarding and supporting new and existing customers
- Support the delivery of new customer & solutions through the onboarding pipeline to production
- Collaborate across all major internal functional areas (engineering, marketing, sales and customer success) as well as external partners and customers.
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data
- Establishing new data gathering techniques within the organization
- Creating and submitting reports with visualizations describing analysis findings to customers, team members, partners and leaders
- Formulating procedural manuals that describe processes to be executed manually or automatically
Requirements and skills
On Day One, we expect you to have:
- 3+ year of experience in a data analysis
- Experience with structured data manipulation using techniques like pivot tables, VLookups, aged calculations, categorizing data, classifying data, etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of databases and SQL
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to build and deliver visualizations and presentations to describe output of analysis and share with customers, team members, partners and leaders
- A love for working in a fast-pace environment and taking the initiative to get stuff done and try something new
- A commitment to working in a collaborative environment, working together as a team
- A passion for all things technology
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Bachelor’s Degree required: BSc or BA in business administration, marketing, sales, computer science, engineering

Compensation
At BrightMove we offer competitive base compensation, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, this role includes our participation in our short term incentive program. We also offer outstanding benefits to simplify the lives of our employees and show them how much we appreciate their contributions. BrightMove provides 100% company paid for medical insurance for all employees (and largely subsidized coverage for families), dental, vision, and 401K with a company contribution. This is a full-time, salaried remote position with candidates able to be located anywhere in the continental United States. As this role is remote, relocation assistance is not provided for this position.
