What we want you to do:

• Define and drive email marketing strategy for the Entre

• Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as the A/B testing, measurement and reporting

• Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement

• Collaborate with the Creative team to determine to ensure brand guidelines are followed in emails

• Collaborate with MarTech lead on strategy and email optimization 

• Report and provide recommendations on the email program performance weekly

• Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program

• Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, social media, content, creative and paid media teams

Requirements 

• Must know ActiveCampaign inside and out 

• 3-5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience required

• 3+ years of direct response marketing experience (in-house or agency) required

• Proven track record of building and growing email marketing strategies

• Strong background in email compliance

• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to easily lead and present to affiliates 

• Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.

• Must have a home/office space that is professional, quiet, and clear from all distractions

• Modern computer/laptop capable of operating all necessary apps and programs in order to perform the duties listed above (See Zoom requirements here)

• 99% Remote, occasional travel to Entre Institute conferences

• Stable internet access, with a minimum of 10Mbps up/down
