The gig in short: 
The Sales Manager at Entre is a key member of the leadership. The role is responsible for leading the sales team to enroll prospects into digital products, coaching programs, mentorship programs and ENTRE events. This position ensures that the sales department meets and exceeds its sales targets. 
In this role you’ll be the critical link, working with customers, sales representatives, advisors, and internal stakeholders to innovate continual sales growth and improvement. In addition, you will continually be evaluating the sales competitiveness in the market and working with product and marketing teams to define and improve our positioning.

What we want you to do: 
  • Manage the Advisor and Specialist teams 
  • Establish best practices and accountability systems for Advisor assistants Create and maintain a clear SOP 
  • Implement the concepts within the sales department to align with VTO 
  • Establish, enhance, and optimize onboarding of new sales professionals 
  • Maintain ethical standards and processes to sell the right product to the right prospect, the right way. ENTRE-Way 
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the marketing and fulfillment teams 
  • Work proactively with other key stakeholders to ensure compliance. 
  • Recruit, train, develop and retain the industry's best sales professionals Coach and mentor sales team members to embody the ENTRE-Way of enrollments and pursue excellence 
  • Audit and optimize sales processes to ensure relevance and efficacy. 
  • Prepare and report required metrics, participate in Executive meetings and coordination Coach sales professionals on the 3Ps of Excellence, Goal setting and DMO


What we are looking for and what you have to have: 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience leading sales team 
  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • Experience in training and presentation 
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas and targets 
  • Understanding of Sales Funnel Optimization 
  • Experience in B2C and/or consultative selling approach 
  • Results Oriented with strong analytical skills 
  • Some marketing experience preferred 
  • Understanding of CRM systems, Conversational Training Tools (ie Gong.io), and Outreach Automation, and Project Management Tools (ie Monday.com, Click-up)
