In this role you will be responsible for guiding our new start students through a preparation process called Implementation Bootcamp. During this orientation sequence your role will be to illustrate and identify candidates to enroll for additional education packages and to assist all students as they prepare to implement their existing education packages.
Contact and greet all assigned students in a timely manner
Introduce and guide new member students through onboarding/orientation process known Implementation Bootcamp
Identify new members who qualify for or express interest inr additional education packages
Successfully transition members into existing education packages
Convey funding options and introduce students to funding partners to assess their ability to qualify for tuition assistance
Educate all new students on educational services available at Entre
5 years experience in sales (B2C preferred)
Proven ability to close in a 2-6 week sales cycle
Understanding and demonstrated success in closing high ticket sales (20K+ AOV)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including public speaking
Strong Leadership and Coaching Skills
Well refined new member retention skills
KPI’s (if applicable, not all roles)
Enroll 20%+ of new member students into additional education programs
Assist 85%+ of new member student through completion of implementation program
Successfully hand off 95%+ of new member students to VIPC team
Maintain 4k of new revenue per new members assigned
