The role is hybrid, with someone ideally located in the Fort Wayne, Indiana or Greenville, South Carolina areas, who is looking for a role within a highly collaborative, positive and team-focused environment. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this key role will be responsible for leading Corsica Technologies’ demand generation activities using marketing automation, sales and marketing data, and a variety of marketing strategies to drive conversion all the way through the sales cycle. This role will build strong, integrated marketing programs using a mix of content marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, and other strategies to drive new business opportunities and revenue.

 

This role will oversee the day-to-day management of search and social, website performance, email and nurture campaigns, and maintaining digital marketing analytics. As this role is critical to the successful launch, management and execution of all marketing projects, we are looking for someone who is organized and a professional self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, track and analyze all paid search and social campaigns

· Develop strategies that drive prospects to the website

· Plan, develop, and implement marketing emails and nurture campaigns, landing pages, forms, workflows, and marketing automation integrations in an effort to build a qualified sales pipeline

· Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms

· Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and provide strategic direction based on analysis

· Closely partner with other marketing team members and the sales organization

 

Competencies and Qualities

· Proficiency in Adwords, Google Analytics, and data analytics

· Proficiency in Hubspot or similar CRM, as well as a good understanding of marketing automation systems, lead scoring and attribution

· Proficiency in paid search and social campaigns, retargeting, audience targeting, and look alike campaigns

· Organized, adaptable, able to prioritize, strong attention to detail

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Demonstrated understanding of demand generation best practices and ability to generate leads

· Experience with interdepartmental collaboration

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

· Ability to work well with all levels of staff and management

· Ability to work at a fast pace

 

Education, Experience, and Certifications

Required

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, experience in the technology or MSP industry a plus

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field

· Deep understanding of sales processes

· Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 

Preferred

· Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Asana helpful

· HubSpot or similar CRM management a plus
