What we want you to do:
The focus of the Coach is on assisting students through group coaching sessions. The overall student experience and planning and execution of assigned coaching sessions will depend on diligence and attention to detail.

● Preparation, Execution and Follow Up.
  • Preparation:
  • Manage and track calendar time-slots to ensure that they are kept up-to-date, and to be aware of all scheduled coaching appointments.
  • Prepare for group coaching sessions by looking over any previous session notes and be familiar with the students assignments and homework.
  • Be on time for scheduled coaching sessions and prepared to create value for the student(s)
  • Execution:
  • Live Instruction
  • Hosts and delivers weekly live instruction on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure any questions the student has are answered, or assist the student on how to find the necessary information.
  • Help prepare the student to implement necessary business steps and requirements to help them graduate through each curriculum rank.
  • Follow Coaching Game Plan steps (i.e., Call 1 Procedures) as provided to ensure that essential information is covered and students are advancing.
  • Cater training and feedback specific to the students’ specific goals and business.
Course Outcomes and Revision :
  • Complete any necessary documentation from the coaching session.
  • Maintain tracking system in order to appropriately monitor patterns, attendance, etc. and to report on KPIs to the Coaching Manager.
  • Coordinate with the Coaching Manager, coach(es), operations team, etc. to manage processes related to gathering feedback, communicating with students regarding needs or concerns, etc.
  • Implementing student feedback (via completion rates and CSAT scores) to make necessary adjustments or improvements to the product.
  • Identifying and addressing any gaps or sticking points for students in the course curriculum.
  • Revising content as necessary to ensure that students are provided with the best curriculum and resources possible.
  • Any other task under the scope of the role of Entre Coach and in line with other duties.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in the affiliate and/or internet marketing space
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills, and the ability within entrepreneurial experience preferred
  • $100,000+ in contract sales as an agency business owner
  • Work cohesively in a team environment from a remote location
  • Experience working across multiple systems and communication tools and/or the ability to learn (Google, Slack, Facebook, Zoom, desktop/mobile applications, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing tools such as GoHighLevel, Clickfunnels, Aweber/GetResponse, Godaddy, Wordpress, etc. preferred
  • Strong sense of humility, respect and integrity
  • $10K / mo recurring revenue in your own agency business
  • At least 5 clients acquired for your agency business
