The world’s fastest-growing ENTREpreneurial ecosystem is currently looking for an analytical, creative, and data-driven Media Buyer who’s passionate about working in a fast-paced environment, consistently hitting core KPIs, and managing over $1,000,000 per month of ad spend with Meta ads. The Media Buyer will be responsible for the creation, placement and optimization of advertising assets on the Meta platform, maximizing return on ad spend, increasing brand awareness, researching competitors, and connect with our target demographic while attracting new audiences, as well–all while embracing the role of Meta Ads Compliance lead and delivering results.

What we want you to do:

  • Consult and assist in optimizing existing sales funnels through best practice internet marketing techniques, as well as promoting these funnels via paid ads.

  • Assist and advise related to ad creative, ad copy, optimization layouts and further implementation of techniques that would potentially increase revenue opportunity for the Company

  • Create, manage,optimize and scale ads on platforms including, but not limited to: Meta (formerly Facebook) ads, (some experience in, LinkedIn and TikTok preferred)

  • Update SOPs as needed

  • Find creative ways to improve performance and existing processes

  • Keep Company advised of status, progress and recommendations for improvement by preparing and submitting daily reports

  • Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) and operate within parameters  defined for role

  • Collaborate with the team to implement Omni Channel Paid Media Strategy

  • The Media Buyer is often authorized to act on behalf of the Company (marketing materials, customer or lead interactions, discussions, emails, etc.) and such posts, advertisements and communication are intended to be for the intent of supporting the marketing, sales and fulfillment process of the Company, and supporting its clients (or potential clients) to grow their business in a positive, compliant and profitable manner.  

  • Develop and maintain knowledge and utilize Company’s back office system(s) and other Company utilized software and services in order to fulfill requirements of the role

  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings and maintain contact with the Company via phone/email/calendar/Slack/Zoom or other agreed upon means of communication with reasonable frequency to discuss company, team and/or role activity

  • Any other task under the scope of Media Buyer and in line with other duties.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in creating, managing and optimizing ads on Facebook (Meta) in the info product or coaching industry 

  • Experience managing minimum spend of $1 million / month

  • Experience in other channels such as, LinkedIn, TikTok is desired but not required.

  • Creative thinker

  • Diligent

  • Work collaboratively within a team environment

  • Able to work independently with initiative

  • Passion for digital marketing and continuous education about the chosen field of expertise

  • Proactive and solutions oriented

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on optimization and marketing funnel economics
